DEAN'S SPEECH

IBSAR group of colleges in the field of management, IT and allied disciplines are quality oriented institutions. For instance, since last four years IBSAR remains as one of the top ranked business schools in the country (Refer, Business Baron, March, 2009; Competition Success Review, Oct. 2010). IBSAR stands exclusive in creating intellectually sound and professionally skilled manpower through rendering contemporary pedagogy, training and research. The Programmes at IBSAR are tailored to suit the specialized requirements of industry varying from Marketing, Retail, International Business, Finance or HRM and IT. Research assignment in the form of small – term and long term projects, case studies and practicum provides interface between trainees and industries; case studies, presentations and public speaking enhance the Communication Skills; simulations sensitize participants as to how a single decision can make or mar an enterprise. A group of professionals coming from highly experienced industry background along with a selected few hardcore academicians from reputed institutions like XLRI, TISS, IITs, and IIMs enhance and enrich the strength of IBSAR pedagogy and academic environment. Organized placement cell is the backbone of IBSAR in all campuses. IBSAR's endeavor has been to provide opportunities of employment to all its trainees. Fully equipped campuses across Mumbai, Karjat provides students opportunities to explore best employment avenues in mega metro like Mumbai.
