It’s a great opportunity to talk to all of you who hold this brochure in your hands and a great privilege to share the coveted history of IBSAR in very brief. The seeds were planted in 2004 when I left my job and took the risk of becoming an entrepreneur after 25 years of working in XLRI, SPJIMR, ITM and in Europe and Africa. This was a dream that I must help younger generation to get quality education at affordable costs and must arable them to secure placement before getting into the market. We have maintained and successfully carried forward the lag of success for all IBSARities. Our alumni are in very senior positions in USA; Gulf and Euro countries carrying the lag of success. In this journey of IBSAR a lot of Professors students and staff contributed and acknowledge their contribution. Backwards when I look in 2004 and forward in 2022 there is a planetary difference.

At that time internet and computers were at nascent stage of development and there was no net and global networks and current softwares and highly specialized and micro specialized faculties. On the journey into the future total canvass has undergone drastic change. I may like to say paradigm shift. Back then no Paytm, Fintech, UPay and also no Ola or Uber or Zomato or Fibre or satellite TV’s and mobile and convergence in your hands and fast track life. No Amazon online shopping malls home deliveries 24 hrs. shopping and globalized life style. Also the quality of education and expectation have gone a revolutionary change and IBSAR survived all these wages of changes. We are now assessed among 100 best colleges of India and our Karjat Campus in 5 acres provides Law Management IT and paramedical courses in rural setup. We are now 18 years old and likely to cross this romantic number and get into very serious business of educating youth to enable them to become employed and employable citizens who contribute to the national, self and familial growth and serve the society with love, care and inesse.
