Industrial Visit to Nisargopchar Ashram in Uruli Kanchan, Pune
Our students recently visited the Nisargopchar Ashram in Uruli Kanchan, a peaceful retreat dedicated to promoting holistic health through natural healing methods. The ashram, founded by Mahatma Gandhi, offers a serene environment with therapies such as diet therapy, yoga, hydrotherapy, and mud baths. During my visit, I experienced the calm surroundings, participated in yoga sessions, and learned about the benefits of naturopathy. The ashram’s simple, nature-based approach to health was both refreshing and rejuvenating, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
